When is it time to replace my roof?
It is recommended that roofs are replaces every 20-30 years. There are some warning signs that will tell you your roof is in need of repair or replacement. It is a common misconception that if there is a leak in the roof, the whole roof will need to be replaced immediatley. This is generally only the case when the roof is old or irreparable if the damage is too widespread. A leak can be repaired without a whole new roof but as every roof is unique, one solution does not fit all.
